1. The unit is used for processing copper alloy rod for cold rolling. Copper alloy rod is rolled by cold rolling mill to improve mechanical property and remedy the limitation of casting. The producing capacity is 2.5tom per hour, it can roll the rod from 17mm to 8/6mm.
2. The difficult of solving these problems is :how to make sure each stand is sync when roll different material and different hole size.
3. The machine designed by us is each stand driven by separate frequency motor or servo motor, so each stand still is sync after changing the rolling pass of and rotation speed. Process roller can change the pass, and each rotation speed can be set on touch screen.thus, under the premise of meeting stand’s strength,two-roller cold rolling mill can roll different size of copper rod. Different material also. Like 17mm-8mm,or 14.4-8mm,or 12.5-6.8mm or 8-4mm. Its same like Germany’s.
The unit is used for copper rod cold rolling. Through cold rolling, the mechanical behavior can be raised and the defects from casting can be also fetched up. The producing capacity is 2.5ton / hour when roll from Φ17mm to Φ8mm.

2. Technical process
First, check the device to see if it works normal (including that roll wheel stands must be fill with butter per shift, the sanitary conditions of frame and each guide and so on); after ensuring the normal condition of the equipment and safety operation, turn on the power supply; wait for the console touch screen to enter into the normal working screen, then open the oil pump. After the oil pump starts working, lubricating oil flows into the 2 high motive power frame. for a moment, through the transparent oil return pipe the lubricating oil can be seen to come out from the oil return hole of the motive power frame. At this time, open the rolling mill operation ( as well as forward and reverse); and then open the emulsion pump, wait for emulsion to flow out from each cooling point of the 2 high frame and roll the copper rod; the rolling speed can not be too fast at the beginning of rolling copper rod, but it can be speed up to normal produce when copper rod comes out from rolling mill and penetrates into take-up machine and coil basket. after penetration take up and looping basket ,can increase speed. turn into normal production. When finish, turn off the rolling mill(take-up machine),emulsion pump,oil pump,main power in order.

1. Is it very difficult that the roller of roll mill be changed ?
The roller of 3-roller rolling machine changed will waste many time.but the roller of 2-high rolling machine changed is very fast , just 20min.
2. Is it very difficult to operate the rolling machine ?
No.just need one person and the machine is very easy to be operated.
3. what’s the main different between rolling mill and extrusion machine?
Rolling mill belong to cold process,extrusion machine belong to hot process.
4. what about reducing machine and rolling machine?
It is a same machine,just different name.
