1 main rolling mill
The main rolling mill is the important part of the continuous cold rolling mill . It includes base, frame, reducer, motor etc. Each frame is driven by an independent motor. All the basic rolling process is finished on the main rolling mill, and the number of the frames is different according to different rolling size.

4 Coiling take-up machine
1 This machine consists of draught gear and take-up device, meets the characteristics of taking-up enclosure and requirements of constant taking-up speed. As the rotate speed must be steplessly adjusted within certain area, the AC inverter motor is adopted, and connected with rolling motor. The traction power is from the AC inverter motor, and goes through the drive shaft to drive the coiling basket.

5 Oil lubrication system
5.1 oil flows through pump to filter, passes roll organization and oil tube of the main reduction

6 Emulsion system
6.1 In order to improve the surface quality of the cold rolling copper rod, emulsion cool and lubricate the roller , copper rod and guide device in the rolling process. The emulsion coming out from the emulsion station flows into main tube, and then use joint to connect to rolling system and guide device. The return emulsion flows back to the return groove on the rolling pedestal and then flows into the emulsion pool through returning main tube.

7 electrical system
The electrical system includes the power system and the controlling system.
The power system supplies the power to each inductor through several power panels. The control system assures the normal producing, the recording and displaying of the data.
8 feeding and straightening device
The feeding and straightening device is in front of the main rolling mill, and it is used to straighten the rods so that it can feed the rod easier.
6 water cooling system
The water cooling system is an independent water recycling system which supplies the cooling water for the crystallizer, the water jacket and the induction coil. It includes one 80M2 water pool, water pump, pipelines and the cooling tower. It insures that the inlet water temperature is around 20-35℃, the flow rate is about 50m3. For a good heat exchanging effect, the user need to prepare the water soften device.
7 electric control system
The electric control system includes the power system and controlling system. The power system supplies the power to each inductor through several power panels. The control system assures the normal producing, the recording and displaying of the data. The detail recording and displaying information is inductor voltage, current, furnace temperature, water temperature(including the crystallizer water temperature), traction speed and traction distance etc.
8 feeding system
The feeding system feed the whole piece of copper cathode by the electric hoist. It assures that the copper cathodes is supplying to the melting furnace continuously.
9 temperature testing system
The temperature testing system includes two parts: copper liquid testing and water testing. The testing result is shown on both on the digital temperature meter and the industrial control scream for producing monitoring.
