I. Brief introduction
The unit is used for copper rod cold rolling. Through cold rolling, the mechanical behavior can be raised and the defects from casting can be also fetched up. The producing capacity is 2.5ton / hour .
Mechanical design uses advanced crafts and high-quality materials, such as roller; the appearance of the machine adopts German design,which has higher work efficiency than other similar products;Electrical parts assemble the imported parts from Japan, which have safe and reliable performance, high technological content; the whole production process is monitored by color touch screen with clear data displaying, easy operating and high automaticity.
II. The advantages of Copper Rolling Mill
Rollers of each rolling stand are driven by separate inverter motor. When the shape of the pass and rotating speed of each pass stand roller are changed at the same time, each stand can operate asynchronously. Processing rollers can change the shape of the pass, and the gear ratio of each stand roller can be set on the touch screen. So on the premise of meeting the stand strength, 2-roller copper rod cold rolling mill can roll different dimensions of copper rod and also roll other materials.
E.g. The common rolling specification is Φ17mm to Φ8mm and Φ20mm to Φ8mm. But when the shape of the pass and the gear ratio are changed, this machine can also roll Φ12.5mm copper rod to Φ6.8mm, or Φ8mm to Φ4mm.

IV. Technical process
First, check the device to see if it works normal (including that roll wheel stands must be fill with butter per shift, the sanitary conditions of frame and each guide and so on); after ensuring the normal condition of the equipment and safety operation, turn on the power supply; wait for the console touch screen to enter into the normal working screen, then open the oil pump. After the oil pump starts working, lubricating oil flows into the 2 high motive power frame. for a moment, through the transparent oil return pipe the lubricating oil can be seen to come out from the oil return hole of the motive power frame. At this time, open the rolling mill operation ( as well as forward and reverse); and then open the emulsion pump, wait for emulsion to flow out from each cooling point of the 2 high frame and roll the copper rod; the rolling speed can not be too fast at the beginning of rolling copper rod, but it can be speed up to normal produce when copper rod comes out from rolling mill and penetrates into take-up machine and coil basket. after penetration take up and looping basket ,can increase speed. turn into normal production. When finish, turn off the rolling mill(take-up machine),emulsion pump,oil pump,main power in order.
1. Delivery time:90 working days after the complete receipt of the deposit.
2. The buyer bears the equipment transportation and insurance costs; the buyer provides unloading tools and bears the unloading costs.
3. When the equipment arrives at the buyer's site, the buyer should check the goods, sign written receiving records, and confirm the consistency between the goods and the lists of shipment.
